About us

LifeLines has been running for nearly 10 years now, and in that time we have had close to 200 people aged 50 plus volunteer with us supporting over 500 older people by providing an outlet for their creativity or an opportunity to improve their health and well-being.

Many LifeLines activities take place at Patching Lodge, a senior housing scheme on Eastern Road where our volunteers have helped develop a vibrant shared community space for older people. Both Patching Lodge residents and older people from the local community and other parts of Brighton and Hove are welcome to attend LifeLines activities, and many do from far and wide.
