Flexible ways to volunteer with LifeLines

If work, study or family commitments make it hard for you to volunteer regularly or at the same time/day each week, then the Healthlink Volunteer role might be perfect for you!

You choose the appointments that you can help with.  retired elderly people and free time, group of happy senior african american and caucasian male friends talking and sitting on bench in park

You would support older people who are isolated or whose friends and family can’t provide support to get to their healthcare appointments.

You don’t need to have a car to volunteer. Healthlink is not a volunteer driver scheme.

Your company and support can make getting to appointments (using public transport)  much easier and less stressful.

Fill in a  HealthLink volunteer application form and send it to: healthlink@volunteeringmatters.org.uk.

Or call 01273 688117 to find out more.

Celebrate #volunteersweek by getting involved and see what difference volunteering can to your life and to your community!
